Ive have screened that at freeport 9 in a fight. Mod was lagging like hell and wrote this when i said to him that he should stop fighting.

There isn't any rule against lag. If he continues to fight after he has been told not to, the only thing that will stop him from fighting is the autokick. Don't worry about it mate, they're bound to get booted from the server eventually if they continue fighting on a laggy connection.

I'm speaking from experience here as I've encountered exactly the same issue from the other side of your story many times before.

Like Killswitch said, there isnt any rule against lag and now here is the funny part:
All of you are still hitting me very well and i got pwnd in the ass like normal Very Happy

and ooouh look out another fun part: use /vote kick instead of /cry

M.o.D. its called pilot_crazy, which is much improved since modupdate (sry, forgott it in changelog)
The turrets are much more accuracy and use the refirerate much more effective

And thats the problem on HHC, for everything you need a rule
for reload, for dockkill, for lag, ...
on other servers this is called "fairness"

I dont want a ban or so, just more fairness on the server...

but why is nobody other lagging at me? only you are lagging. And look at Syds screen there is your ping and he said to you friendly that you should stop fighting but you dont cared.... thats lol

and i didnt did (aaaah my english sux @ holidays^^) anything wrong

and when im laggin i cant do anything against it and everyboday can kick me

Unfortunately thats not always true, we can't monitor lag that precisely.
So if you lag and someone tells you either check your connection or stop fighting.
The worst thing you can do is laugh at your opponents because there is no rule against that, i don't really need a rule to ban you Twisted Evil

Your luck in this case. They could have kicked you, but they didn't --> their fault
