sorry aber ich habe da ne antwort drauf.
Der "noob"-schutz ist nur bei Clan-Spieler aufgeboben.
Nicht bei Spielern die einfach so auf dem Server spielen.
Zumindest ist das der Akktuelle stand der Dinge.

Ah bei den Letzten 2(3?) kills ist war ich dabei da ich um hilfe gebeten wurde.

My side and opinnion of this case is next..
This teufell is doing this on purpose, using this noob char only to get ppl irritated and killing him to get them banned.
Thing goes...
I came to planed los angeles with my char TraZepar, he taxed me with his "noob" char I taxed him back, waited without response... shot few shots to get shield down and so on, waited again no response killed him. He logins with his other account with eagle, comes and kills me. I docked out, he killed me again, and again. I logged in with my eagle(Zepar). Fighted with him(his eagle) many many many times front of the planet, He killed me more than many times, I got him few times. Then he logged out with eagle char.
I waited from of the planet few minutes and he came with this "noob" account, I shot him. undocked again shot him, I taxed him time to time and waited... killed him before got to the tradelane. Did like this few (too many?) times, I think he asked this friend there too (dont remember charname) he said something in german, that I did not undertand.. only the word ban, then I stopped what I was doing and left the place. He was online with these 2 chars at the same time and..could you say abusing ppl like this...
SO read next carefully... this is for admins mostly, player who should be banned is teufell. He is using this noob char to satisfie his need to bully and irritate ppl, come with his eagle char to show that he aint really noob. I have heard that there is more complains about this person and I think these are not fake complains. So I'm asking admins to notifie this and consider to unban my account and ban teufels for prevent fruther cases like this.

ps. Sorry for miss typings...hope you could understand this.
