Well actually, i guess, i have to say something about that. Headstone followed me as I flew from omega 5 -> omega 41 -> omicron gamma. And I told him, that I have to go to gamma. In gamma i killed him, because I won't get shot in my back while docking at Tripoli. Then he wrote "/haha" and something else and I told him, he shouldn't complain because I killed him in a fair PvP. Then he asked me, if I want a Bo5. I told him, I have to go to bed, tomorrow. Then Headstone said something like "well, at first you said, you're going to gamma, now you want to got to bed". And I told him, this is my Mission-Char and I place it in gamma to take missions tomorrow. I told have to account my actions to Headstone and so I hadn't the nerves to tell him everything 5 times, esspecially because I was tired. So I wrote "f*ck you [...] sorry"... I apologized in the same sentence as I insultet him. In my opinion, f*ck you isn't insulting. Insulting is something like "badass motherf*cker" but not "f*ck you". Give it a try, type "f*ck you" in the chat and you won't get an insult warning. I know, I could have done something better then telling him, he should f*ck himself, but I wasn't in the mood. Also think about the smilie at the end of the sentence. "

" means "don't take it too serious".

I think, there are two ways this could be handled

1. The Player should get an insult warning when typing "f*ck you" in the chat, so he can apologize or something, because he knows that there could be a punishment for it. Then you can punish me, too, but punish everyone who says something like f*ck you.

2. Because of getting no insult warning "f*ck you" isn't an insult and I can't get punished for it.

PS: I guess Headstone wants to take "revenge" because I beat him.. I don't want to allege something, but that's what I'm thinking about this Thread.

Next time refrain from using bad language. Being hunted/killed by another player is no excuse. You did say sorry but in the same sentence with your insult. That being said you won't get a ban for a single "F*ck you!". Play nice in the future.

Thank you. As I said, I overreacted a bit. At this point I'd like to execuse (the second time) myself. Sorry for this "F*ck you" Headstone.

) at first, Namex changes his decisions twice: said he needs "to go to gamma", then he wants to go to bed, and in an hour he replies in this thread at forum

At second, i offered him pvp once, he refused and i offered him bo5 (thinking he doesnt like common pvps), so i never bugged with pvp, as he wrote.

I accept your appologies, Namex, and hope you will be tolerant in future
